Description: How to address a sense of helplessness when confronted with news about tragedy? In this interactive workshop of the Swiss Red Cross, we will focus on the possibilities of getting active and alleviating human suffering here in Switzerland. Furthermore, we will talk about how to maintain self-care, while being faced with the tragic fates of refugees.
