1. Organizer

The Young Humanitarian Summit 2026 is organized by the Circle of Young Humanitarians (CYH), a non-profit association based in Switzerland.

2. Scope

These Participation Conditions apply to all participants of the Young Humanitarian Summit 2026, taking place at the ICRC Humanitarium in Geneva and online.

Ticket purchase and payment processing are handled by See Tickets AG and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. The CYH assumes no liability for their processes.

3. Registration and Participation

Participation in the Summit requires a valid ticket. Tickets are personal and intended for individual use.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

Tickets are non-refundable.

4. Program Changes

The CYH reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program, including speakers, workshops, schedule or format, where necessary. Such changes do not entitle participants to a refund. Changes do not give rise to claims for damages.

5. Conduct and Safety

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and in line with the values of the CYH and to comply with the rules of the venue. Participants must follow instructions of CYH staff and venue personnel.

The CYH reserves the right to exclude participants from the event in cases of serious misconduct or safety concerns. In such cases, no refund will be granted.

6. Photography, Video and Live Streaming

Photography, video recording and live streaming may take place during the Summit for documentation and communication purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in visual material may inform the organizers on site. Reasonable efforts will be made to respect such requests.

7. Liability

Participation in the Summit is at the participant’s own risk. The CYH assumes no liability for personal injury, loss or damage to property, indirect or consequential damages except in cases of intent as required by law.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the CYH Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law

These Participation Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
